I have always loved systems and seeing the underlying patterns in nature.

Growing up in the beautiful green countryside of Vermont, I taught myself Astrology as a young teenager. To see the planets interacting with each other as reflections of my inner processes, helped my self-understanding. The interpersonal complexities of my friends became clearer. The world made sense!

I have spent most of my adult life living on the other side of the country on the Central Coast of California, in another place of beauty, the Monterey Peninsula. It was here that my love of the body and health developed into learning many different forms of Bodywork and Massage. I have always been self-employed supporting myself with both my hands, through bodywork, and with my heart and head, through Astrology.

Human Design came into my life in 1997 when I was living in Taos New Mexico. It was my second time living there, this time accompanied by my two-year-old son Boye. I knew I was supposed to be there, but I didn’t know why! Then someone showed me a Human Design chart. Fascinated, I then found out that the only school for Human Design in North America was located in Taos. Finally knew why I was in New Mexico: I was supposed to learn Human Design!

So began my journey with Human Design. Here was a system that made great sense to me and changed my life. I came back to being myself and understanding both my impact on others, as well as their impact on me. With understanding has come responsibility and compassion. That was over ten years ago and since then I have continued to deepen my study.

I find that most people who are drawn to Human Design may not even know why at first. There is often that same recognition that I had, that this picture with its colored shapes and numbers, holds some information for them. Something they know, but are unsure of.  It is exciting to see the inner knowing of self confirmed and strengthened.  

 As the world increases its complexity and speed, it becomes even more important for me to slow down enough to remember who I am, to align again with the essential timeless nature that is where the meaning of my life resides. Each of us has this place inside- we just need reminders to help guide us there.

Session cost: $100 an hour, includes chart and tape.
